Developer Mode? You have answered that you use Chromebook. Google Chromebooks come with Chrome operating system this is not Windows. I don't believe it has an S Mode. Zoom also does not support Chrome OS. Windows 10 has S Mode which once disabled cannot be turned back on without reinstalling the OS. If you talk about disabling S mode, I would do it anyways.
